Payments made by credit card can be made through Paypal with buyer covering their service charge (approximately 3%).

Taxes are approximately $35 per year on each lot.

POA dues are currently $21.00 per month. This includes trash pick up twice weekly along with use of all amenities.

Closing cost will be $99 per transaction (1 or more lots same closing). This includes all notarized paperwork, recording fees, and general warranty deed filed with county clerk.

All lots have been individually located for information purpose only. It is highly recommended that you obtain a legal survey before any major construction. 

There is no time limit to build and mobile homes, travel trailers, rv's, and camping are allowed.

Sewer, water, phone, and electric are available at all lot fronts.

Buyers Beware - Do not purchase lots in Section 14. This section is undeveloped and has no utilities available at this time.

DIRECTIONS:

The lake lots in Lake Livingston Village (FM3126) are located about 10 minutes from downtown Livingston, Texas which is approximately 75 miles north of Houston,Texas on Hwy 59.  From Livingston, take 190 West for approx 4.5 miles and turn left onto FM2457, go approx 2.5 miles and turn left onto FM3126, go approx 1.25 miles to the entrance of Lake Livingston Village located on the left and right. All of my lots are located in the newer sections located on the right side.
